We’ll be showcasing our range of low smoke, low toxic elastomer products – independently tested and certified to EN 45545-2.
J-Flex has a range of elastomeric products meeting the criteria of EN 45545-2. All products have been independently tested and certified by leading fire test laboratories throughout Europe. Conforming to EN 45545-2, full material data sheets and test reports are available upon request.
In some instances, some our products have been test and approved against the former National Standards DIN 5510-2; NF F 16-101, BS6853, UL 94 V(0) and NFPA 130 Hazard Rating System.
EPDM, Silicone and Neoprene materials have excellent environmental resistance, withstanding O-zone, UV, rain and frost – meaning outdoor applications such as lighting systems and enclosures are kept water and dust tight. J-Flex materials are resistant to corrosion, moisture, salt, and light fuels.
